Question about Tablets & eReaders
I guess to start you might mention why you did a factory reset. It sounds like you did it because of a problem. I suspect corrupt boot software.

That usually depends on the brand and model, but for a generic Android tablet:
1. Hold the Power and Volume Up buttons until you see the boot animation 2. Release the Power button but continue holding the volume button. 3. When you see the recovery menu options, use the volume buttons to choose wipe data/factory reset then press Home to confirm selection 4. Press Volume up to confirm and wait for the reset.
