I cannot hear anything during CAll niether can I speak in V360

Hello,

I have a strange problem. When I make or recieve calls, I cannot hear what the person on the other line is saying niether can the other person hear what I am saying. Can some one please tell me whats wrong with my V360. It shows CALL connected during the Call but never works. Please suggest

    Hi

    I have the same problem. No sound!! Cell shows little blue "receiver" ringing on the top of the screen and goes into SPEAKER mode!!

    It started happening just after I used my cell as a modem on my notebook using BLUETOOTH!

    Did you sort out your problem???

    Any advice??

    Hi, i have exactly the same problem. Phone rings when I dial, but no communication, although the phone line is working . When I receive a call , it only rings for a few seconds, then answers automaticly, without me touching the phone, and you can see the line is on, although no communication is possible.

What you have to do you have to go to the nearest outlet ask them them to replace the mic and the speaker. my numbers are as follows.0826794020.

Hello,

The problem with your phone is the ear piece since the volume of your phone is at maximum, yet you cannot hear anything, this indicate earpiece problem, you will need to replace the earpiece of your phone in other to hear your caller or when you make call.

If the earpiece can be replace, the problem is solve.

Hello,

The problem with your phone is the earpiece, the earpiece on your phone is bad that is why you cannot hear the party calling you or hear anything while you call.

All you need to do is to replace the earpiece on your phone and you will see that you can hear whoever you are talking to on your phone.

Replace the earpiece on your phone and you will see that the problem is solved. meanwhile, you can keep using the headset pending the time you will replace the earpiece.

You need to restore factory settings of your k800i . your phone default code is 0000, go to setting then select restore setting or factory setting and enter code 0000 .

Calling sound problems
I have verizon, had the similar problem. Call *611 speak to someone in tech support, and have them send you out a replacement phone. If your closer to a store you can do the same thing, don't have to wait for the mail ha ha. Good luck though! Hope I've been of some assistance!

The speach during a movie sounds muffled

Please download Instruction Manual of DAV-DZ260 from Sony Support and go to page 25 and select appropriate sound option.
The disc in player doesn't match with current sound selection thats why you hear muffled sound.

Cannot recieve call and dail out
sounds like the phone line having a problem.
remove all of the wireless phone and replace with a known good old fashion phone (if you still have one). if the line is good then reattached each wireless one at a time.
if the phone line still will not let you dial out or receive call, then you need to call your local phone company, have them check out the line.
