Accurist mb032 lost instructions for accurist MB032 can anyone help please

Most Chronograph style Accurist watches have back removed with tool: (maybe needle nose pliers would work)

Accurist do not list their instructions by model name but by calibre number on the back.

If you go to http://www.accurist.co.uk/acc-service.php and follow the instructions for identifying your watch calibre, you can download the instructions for your watch from the list given.
