First of all switched offf this cell u can remove its battery & put it again then wait for a 10second then do this magic

On the right top you can find a switch to turn of the backlight of the phone hold the switch for a couple of seconds and release a message will confirm the hardware switch off and use the same button the switch on, I hope your problem is sorted out.

Don't cry. Buy a new 'touch screen digitizer' from ebay and screw it in carefully. Google for directions on how to replace it. try 'xda-developers' for directions.About $15-20 a bargain. Sorted?

need a new batery for o2 xda atom

I have been using this phone for a little over a week, and am having a problem with
cprog.exe. After most phone calls, I have a message from windows saying that there was a
problem with cprog.exe, and it then sends an error report. I though that the phone might be
a little buggy at first, but this problem has continued and is very frequent. Is anyone else
having this problem?

I have the same problem. What I did several time is to actually shut down the phone, remove the battery and leave it like that for several hours (3 to 4 hours). Then, I put the battery back in the phone, and it would charge again. However, due to the long time with no battery, the phone's clock would be reset to January 2007.

I found no other work around right now. However, I have to do this more and more often, almost once a week ...
