If it's been installed with the original DIN mount, there are 2 small flat clips that slide in a small slot on each side of the radio. The 2 pieces of metal are pushed in to release the clips holding the radio in the bracket. Then the radio pulls out
Those clips come with the Pioneer stereo but should be available from a place that sells/installs car audio

Pioneer has a repair service center in California. Look up warrenty and service repair on their site. With a problem that detailed it realy cant be narrowed down to one thing. The good thing is you have enough wrong that you actualy benifit from their flat rate fee's for repair.
Me on the other end ended up paying $200 for them to replace a fuse. :( So yeah look up the repair centers number, give them a call and they will tell you what you need to do. The unit is repairable.

Unfortunately if all you did was dilute the stale fuel you will have to remove the entire fuel system and clean/replace.Stale (old)fuel becomes acidic and works like an acid.If you remove the fuel system yourself avoid getting it on your skin as it burns(personal experience)At least its not an ignition fault as the engine wants to run with an independant supply of fuel(start fluid)Sorry cant supply cheap alternative but there you are Good luck and let me know how you go with it.

With a DC voltage tester, check the two power leads for 12+ volts and proper operation, and be sure the unit is properly grounded.
The two power leads are,
1.Constant feed: which should be connected to an un-switched power source that delivers continuous
power to the units memory.
2.Switched feed: which should be connected to a switched power source controlled by the vehicles ignition switch.
Before installing in dash check unit for proper operation.
Good luck
