The TV turns but there's no picture, the TV is only about 2 years old
Turn the tv on and get close to it and see if you can see ghost images. These will be normal images but will be very faint and look like shades of grey. You don;t want to do this in real bright direct light but a normal light or day light works. You can also hold a flashlight up near the edge and see if makes it easier to see.
If you can see an image and have normal sound then your problem is the back lighting system. This can be the lights bulbs or leds or the power supply for them. Repair cost should be under $150. I don't think you have any warranty left but check ASAP if you do as it may not last much longer.
If you have no picture and no sound then this is usually a problem with the receiver section. Can't suggest what cost would be as it can range from cheap to a bunch depending on what is wrong.
As always with any lcd tv or monitor make sure you know what a replacement is worth before you spend repair money. Repairs can sometimes cost close to what a new tv will.

if this is a DELL W3201C read this.
Have the same model and same problem
probably It is a bad inverter board, in my case one of the 16 transformers is burnt out on the inverter board. still trying to find a replacement component. if not replacing the board is the only option or getting the inverter board repaired.
by the way, this TV has a Samsung panel: model LTA320W2-L03. so it needs parts for a Samsong not a DELL.
DELL does not manufacture or fix them becuase they don't make them

Check for cold solder joints in the power supply board around the 24vdc section.

The problem can also be in the backlight inverter board also, but you need to find out if the power supply is putting out the 24vdc first.
