I recently dropped my mp3 player and now it locks up on the loading screen only showing the MPIO logo and the battery life and I was wondering what I could do to fix this. Also, I've tried running the battery down and hooking it up to my computer and it went back to the songs for just a second and then froze again. I was wondering where I could get the part to fix it or since I bought it second hand if I could send it to the company and them fix it even since it's not under warranty.

1. there is a reset button if the player is stuck, there is a hole on the front panel use a paper clip.
2. Hard Drive probably got disconnected from the FPC cable, you might need to open the player to fix this issue
