    I have the opposite problem I can hear them hello hello but they cannot hear me!

    Anytime I call someone I can hear them but they can't hear me at all. I tried to make sure the microphone was clean but this didn't help me. What can I do?

Is it possible that something is blocking the hole to the phone's microphone? Check that the hole is clean (usually from dust). Good luck!
