Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
Methinks a manual would help you ;-0)
You will need to type into your search engine/web browser '(make) washer manual' and you should be presented with a number of sources from which you can either download for free or have to pay a nominal amount. During the process you will be asked for the actual model number!
Good luck,
John C.
Hi, Are you having problem with both hot and cold water? First make sure water source wasn't shut off. Remove the inlet hoses and see if the screens inside the valve are plugged. Try moving the selector switch to see if water starts to flow. If you put the washer into spin cycle, will it run? Things to look for. Please let me know if I can assist you further in this problem.
First you must check if there is power in your wall socket, then turn on the machine, try to gently open the door (the door has a catch). If it still does not open, press the 'end of cycle' button.
Click on your model number (below FIXYA) on this website, type in & search. You will get a shortlist; click on your model, below the page you will get Manual/Guides. Click on the blue, you have your manual on line. If available that is............
