Voicemails are stored by your carrier unless you have a 3rd party voicemail. text are stored on your phone and the person texting with you. It depends on the phone. SOme phones allows total blocking of contacts while others only block calls. You may have to test this with a friend to see what level of blocking your phone supports. U can't block a number for calling them but U can block i.e., U can add that number to blocking list from being getting call from that num......

You have texting blocked on your phone. The owner of the account setup the block & needs to call your provider to have the block removed. A good idea is to get a texting plan & watch your usage. Texting costs can add up fast.

3rd party software will most likely not work as it would need to be always running to intercept and deliver a text message, the only 3rd party software i have seen for the voyager is flash applications and games. The only other option would be to call Verizon and see if they have some sort of text forwarding.
