First try to remember the forgotten BIOS password. If you have forgotten the BIOS password contact an authorized Sony Service Center to reset it. A reset fee will be charged. It is the only way to reset a forgotten BIOS password. So try to remember it.
Sony does not provide BIOS master password to End User; it is Sony policy :( .

Check this Link for more information.

You may also refer the User Guide of the Computer to remove/change the BIOS Password (only if you remember it). Refer page # 90 to 96, 145 and 146.

Good Luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Password unloking

The simplest way to remove BIOS password is to simply remove the CMOS battery. A computer will remember its settings and keep the time even when it is turned off and unplugged because these parts are powered by small battery inside the computer called a CMOS battery. If we pull out this battery, the computer will forget alot of its hardware settings, including its BIOS password. This should not be performed on Laptops if you are not experienced working with laptop hardware.
If that doesn't work,you'll need a bios/cmos password recovery tool from http://www.biospasswordrecovery.com

Sir i forget my phonix cmos passward ,can there be another method except for removing a cmos battry

Enter 3 wrong passwords and you will get a Disable message along with a 5, 8 or 10 digit error code.  With this code visit http://www.unlockbiosrecovery.com/ and for $20 they will supply you with a bios master password that will clear any bios password that is set.  They guarantee the master password to work or your money back. Use them monthly with my work repairing laptops.
