1) Press Menu button from the remote,
2) Press Down arrow key until you see the word Picture, then press the Right arrow key,
3) Press Down arrow key until you see Mode, then press the Right arrow key,
4) Press Down arrow key until you see Power Up, then press the Right arrow key,
5) Press Down arrow key until you see Home, then press the Enter key,
6) Press Menu button four times to exit out from the OSD Menu.

Just try to unlock the parential control lock of your Olivia tv, by entering "9999" as code. This must unlock your TV, and you have to reset with a new password. OK.
If you forget your password, press and hold TV on the remote and the MENU button on the television simultaneously for 3 seconds. Parental controls will then unlock and you can re-enter a password via Lock Parental Controls.
Make sure you aim the remote at the TVs sensor while you press the TV button, and hold the menu button in on the front of the television.

I found this info at a tech website, but I haven't tried it myself (never have used parental lock on any set).
Philips sets use 0711 as the override code to defeat parent lock. You may need to enter the code twice if it says "invalid code" the first time.
Using the remote control:
Press the MENU key. Scroll up or down until you reach AUTOLOCK or SMARTLOCK. Press the "right arrow" key.
Enter code 0711. Enter it again if it says invalid code.
Once in the AUTOLOCK or SMARTLOCK menu:
Scroll to BLOCK. Press the "right
arrow" key. Scroll to BLOCKING OPTIONS. Press the "right arrow" key. Scroll
to MASTER DISABLE. Press the "right arrow" key. This should unlock the parental control.
