My mp4 player from carrefour gets hanged in the welcome screen after which i have to reset to switch it off and on restarting gets hanged again in the welcome screen

When it hangs press the reset button.. if u dont find it i can tell u how it looks like it loosks like a hole or a pinhole on the bottom ,top or sides if u find it poke it using a pin and it swiches off then try swiching on your mp4

Fid a RESET button and press to reset it, and it will work fine again. Moreover after reset dot forget to format.

Mp4 player freeze
if you can still see and detect it with your pc there may be a newer firmware update to fix this issue try and find the firmware and flashing utility from the manufacturer and see if that helps
