If its just to an outside email address, then your IT needs to turn on Relay.

Try going through the Ricoh website, the product code is B291. The Savin 8035e is the same as Ricoh Aficio MP 3500, Lanier LD335 and Gestetner DSm735e. Hope this helps

first you have to give SMTP server IP address to the machine in file transfor then you have to press scanner button and sellect the mail option and sellect the manual input and type the mail ID say ok and pres the program destination and give your name like this yopu can create maney accounts -thanks

Choose the user that matches the fax nr. Open the tab fax and change the existing nr.
In the end just save and exit all the way to the copy window

user tools> system settings> interface. Then find the tab to change the host name.

if you have Scan capability on this machine then yes you can
you have to create a user box and then scan to that user box and save it there. and you can print it out whenever you like

its needs to be connected via network to scan and not usb i believe
