1, The 003-302 error in the Xerox 6050A printer indicates that the machine is stuck with paper jam and paper feed problems. Set the printer turned on for a few minutes.
2, The internal fan cools down all the hot parts. Remove the paper tray from the printer completely. Observe the inside of the printer keenly and remove all the jammed papers. Do not touch the printer's internal wiring. Papers may also be jammed under the printer bed due to static electricity.
3, To remove them, locate the green-colored levers on the edges and pull it. The roller shows up. If you find any papers on the roller, remove them. Close the rear panel until it reaches the lock position. Open the front panel of the printer.
4, With reference to the printer's manual to discard the toner cartridge system and the drum unit assembly. Make sure to remove all the jammed and torn piece of papers from the inside.
5, Close the access panel and reload the input tray with a new set of genuine papers. Check if the issue resolves.

hi, 1 Turn off the printer.
2.Open all the paper paths[tray] and check for any stuck papers.
3.Check under the cartridges for jammed papers.
4.Power on the printer and try printing.

Hi,
please follow these steps to solve your problem:
1.Fan the papers before loading them in printer tray.
2. Dont use papers that has lot of wrinkles
3. Dont insert your papers too long into your printer. Just load them with optimal distance.
4. After the papers were loaded, adjust the paper hold knob present on either side of the paper such that it holds the paper firmly on both sides.

Now your printer will take one paper at a time for printing.

1.When ever you place papers in the paper tray use fine papers which are not having any folds.
2.Keeps the papers correctly in the tray.

To Remove the stuck paper press the "START" button and hold it for some time. The torn paper will come out automatically. If the paper has not come out completely give the printer for service and get the paper removed completely.

1-fan the papers many times befor you put in the machine.
2-keep the paper inside its cover in dry place.
3-check for any foreign object droped in paper path(pins-a small pieces of torn paper).
4-check for good condition of paper detecting switches in paper path inside the machine.
