I have a graco play yard that is supposed to have a battery operated vibration/music/lights in the bassinet and I can't get it to work. I know the batter is new...any ideas

Graco is a world famous brand for producing and selling all kinds of peripheral products on babies, such as a bassinet, high chairs and of course, baby swings. Till now, Graco has many series of swings, including sweet peace vibrating musical baby swing, duet oasis swing with soothe surround technology, etc.
Go to the Graco website Gracobaby.com. Click on the help center button and a drop down will come then click in the replacement parts. It will ask for the model number and date of maunfacter date. This will be found on the the pack n play it's usually on the bottom enter the information. The site will direct you to your model and the parts plus price.
Be aware that Most Graco/Simplicity Cribs and Bassinets, especially those with vibration, have been recalled. Please review the CPSC link below and determine if yours is on recall. I have a Graco Cherry Blossom Play yard, however it was passed down and I dont know how or what holds the mattress up to convert it to a bassinet. I'm thinking that a part is missing or can you please tell me what holds the mattress up for infants? Email me at [email protected]
remove it from the side then hold bottom with one hand hold arm of mobile about 3 inches from that bracket n twist it should unlock then pull apart batteries go inside
I know this question was asked last year, but I thought I'd answer for those having this come up on a Google search. I was missing the Bars that go to the bassinet part of my pack n play, as well as the changing table attachment. I called Graco to order replacement parts. They looked up my Model and Serial number for me. They stated they had the metal bars, but not the changing table attachment. My Pack n play was purchased brand new in 2008.
