XBox360 Will playing a xbox360 on this tv cause a burn in? or is it cool to play games on?

Check these things:1. Is your XBOX360 using HDMI and COMPONENT CABLES?2. If you do have COMPONENT CABLE plugged in then my best bet is you're trying to play XBOX360 with 1080p which COMPONENT CABLES do not support.3. You may need to get an adapter(NOT RECOMMENDED) or just unplug COMPONENT CABLE (RECOMMENDED)lol.
Note:XBOX360 will restart itself when you switch between the two or even if you turn off and on, your TV.
My advice is to use one or the other :)

use just the red green and blue wires for the picture and NOT the yellow wire. That is why it is messed up.

XBOX games only play in 720, but it will still look great.

The XBOX360 requires a update file for each XBOX game to play on it. Not all games are supported. If your XBOX360 is connected to the internet it will automatically check for an update when a XBOX game is inserted. If your XBOX360 is not connected to the internet then you can burn a DVD or CD rom from a computer with the update files and insert the disc into the XBOX360 and update the files. Or you can load then to a USB jump drive and plug the jump drive to the USB port on the XBOX360 and update from that. And remember not all XBOX games will play on the XBOX360. Only ones with updated files. So if it does not play after the file update then it is not supported. Microsoft updates these files quarterly so check back once a month for more updates.

you probably should not be asking how to pirate games in a public forum, Software piracy is a serious crime, one that Microsoft does not take too kindly. Just go buy a used game at a video game store, if you don't like it, most places will let you exchange it within 7 days.

Did you check the video cable on the back. Switch it to HD if it is on TV

You Xbox needs to be factory resetted it is stuck on DVD mode so start the consol and format the hard disk.

If your console is hooked up to Xboxlive and has a Hard Drive connected to it you will automatically be prompted to update upon insertion of the original Xbox title. Your console will restart when it's ready and you should be able to play.

*If you do not have a Hard drive you cannot play original Xbox titles.* The original Xbox Memory unit will not work in Xbox360 and the original Xbox games have no access to the Xbox360 memory units.
