YOUR USING AN OLDER STYLE SET OF CABLES AND ONE OF THEM IS BAD CAUSING THE MISSING COLORS.

IF YOUR UNIT SUPPORTS HDMI TRY AND HDMI CONNECTION THIS SHOULD SOLVE THE PROBLEM

Did you find a solution, I have the same problem with my Emerson TV. Same color pattern loop. Tech support was no help and TV is just 3 months out of warranty.

hit MENU button and scroll around till you see autoprogram TV...use arrow keys on remote to scroll MENU!!!

...before anyone can answer. Do you have the latest print driver loaded for that printer? Don't know anything about Softplan but I do know that it relies on the printer's Windows print driver. Can you print in color from other applications to that printer successfully? Can you print in color from Softplan to other printers? Is there a "Print in black only" mode in the driver that might be selected? Is your Softplan configured to output CMYK or RGB (in Perferences or Setup, e.g.)?

you went into the printer settings and turned off your color printing, it's actually pretty easy to turn back on.

( I'm assuming you're working on windows XP - if not, the directions should still get you to the same place)

click: start, settings, printers. in the printers, right click on the DJ 920c, and left click properties.

when the properties page comes up, on the bottom you should see a button called 'printing preferances. click on that, and then click on the 'Paper/Quality' tab. on the bottom there, you should see the selection for color/black-white - hit that to color, hit apply/ok, and apply/ok again, and try printing, and the color should be restored.

Unplug the home theater for about 2 minutes, and see if the default color has been reset once you replug it.

yes I can help you all you have to do is turn off the set and wait for about 30 minutes and then turn your set back on the problem should be resolved sincerely ,unplug the set firsthave a nice day

Try going into player's menu, and set video out or TV type to NTSC.
It might have switched to PAL, or disc is PAL and player is set to any.
