Yes, its possible. i assume its upper part and lower part. fortunately, data is stored on the lower part components. you would use Nokia pc suite to recover your data. but may need to get a flex cable to power up your mobile.

your phone IC driver for simcard socket is damage' your phone can't read your sim'
but first try to check all contacts in your phone sim socket'
and try it to turn on' and if the prob. is desame, your phone IC is damage, offline mode means insert sim....

if there is a cellphone re-pair shop nearby'
much better to bring your phone to a cellphone technician...
