I have a 32" flat screen HD panasonic TV thats About 5 years old. I was watching TV one night with no problems at all. I tried to turn the TV on the next morning and nothing, no noise or picture. Doesn't even make start up noise with the power button. What could be the problem??

make sure your speaker to your sheron sound isnt to close to it .also if dvd player is the source then move away from tv will demagnatize the tv theres a magnet in them

Capacitor issue on the power supply.

A professional will need to take your tv apart and replace/repair this for you, as it can be dangerous playing with these high voltages!

my philips 32 inch flat screen doesnt give me freeview anymore when i scroll down to digital tuner i just get a blue screen

check the invertor boards resistors they power the back lights
also check for any capactors that have blown (raised tops) they look little bateries

Just called Sony about this same problem...taking your CABLE BOX remote, push the # key on the bottom right of the remote (it also says HD Zoom on mine). You can cycle through 4 or 5 zoom options...make sure you are on an HD channel to see the changes. :)

It depands if you watch say 5 hours a night times 7 nights 35 hours a week times 52 weeks a year. you be suprise.

Are these lines on both side of the screen or what location are they in? They can be caused by watching 4:3 television with the black bars on both sides. Watching 16:9 full screen HD wont cause issues with that. If only on the sides there is not much you can do except put a pure white screen on the TV and leave that on for at least 6 hours. This will age the panel a little but in theroy wil even the pixel burn you have to make the lines less noticable. Please take a few moments to rate my answer. Thank you

Does anyone know where can I buy a screen for a 27" LCD Insignia TV. Model is NS-27LCD? My screen creaked. I checked out e-bay and have not found a broken TV with a good screen. Does anyone know where I can buy a screen at.
