Hola si lo que te esta pidiendo la maquina es que cambies el cilindro y no lo as cambiado tampoco queres cambiarlo tenes que resetearla de la siguiente manera abris la cubierta delantera sobre la derecha por donde va el cil hay una ranura que tenes que poner un destornillador o algo similar prender la maquina y listo se te resetea la maquina creo que es eso probalo y contame cualquier cosa o duda

What model gestetner is it? There are different ways to rest it. What generation are you talking about? 10 years old or two days old model?? Need some more info. The problem may just needs to be rest, it most likely a fuser code to cold or to hot.

In your machine (model) you have to enter in SP mode to reset your error code.
Try this:
Yellow key.
1-0-7 on the key pad
Red key at least 3 sec.
Press "copy sp"
On the key pad press 5 810 and #.
Press execute
Exit all the way out.
Turn the machine off and on.
