You can download the LAN and device drivers from ASUS WEB site. Select your model motherboard/computer/laptop, and make sure you select drivers that matches your Windows operating system. you have to download the driver of your sound card which suport windows 7, or you can update thru windows update. the driver you have is for windows xp which is not working in windows 7 platform.
Take a sound-cable, and plug the "headphone-output" into the amplifier of your home stereo, and crank-up the volume on your amp.
Otherwise, double-click the volume-control (beside the Windows clock)
to open the "sound-mixer" application. Crank-up all the sliders to maximum, and see if that makes a difference.
