Dear user,
Your printer already have many commands given for print. that why is prints all that data which is already have given.

To clean the print commands. open your printer from Control panel---> printer and faxes--->> your printer
and then cancel all the commands which are waiting to be print.
You will not have anymore unwanted prints.

My photosmart will not print a picture. It printed 3 (all from the same source) then it says "cannot display this photo" for the 6 others (from another source) I checked, files are all JPG (all 9)

Maybe the pictures are too high a resolution. Meaning they are too big for the printer to capture in it's internal memory. Try resaving the picture smaller and try a re-print. Cameras today take picture in high definition but printers don't usually get sold with a lot of memory. The computer can usually spool up the pictures but again asking the printer to capture and resize the picture1 (800) 448-6262 is usually asking a lot from a printer. Just try resizing a picture to a smaller format then try and print it.

How do you restart printer

Do you mean - how do I restart printing a document that is in the print queue? Or do you want to know how to restart the printer as in turn it off and back on again?
If you have a document that has not printed and you want to restart printing it, click on the arrow on the bottom right side of your screen near your clock and find the picture of the printer (icon). Right click with your mouse on top of the picture of the printer and open the print queue. Find the document you want to print and click on it and choose restart. You can also delete the documents in the queue and just try printing them all over again to solve the issue.

My pictures are printing with a purple hue. I

You still have some clogged heads.Head cleaning once is sometimes not enough to clean your heads properly, especially if you are using 'compatible' ink cartridges. You need to clean your heads again, and possibly still again, until your test print pattern produces the correct colours.

I am trying to print some pictures but my printer deos not print when I hit print on the screen sound like printing but than just empty **** comes out. What can I do?

Point the mouse at the picture, and click the SECOND (usually the RIGHT) mouse-button, and choose "save to My Pictures". Assign a filename to the picture, and click 'OK' to save it.

Repeat the above, choosing "Go to My Pictures", to open your "My Pictures" folder. Again, click with the SECOND mouse-button on the picture, and choose "Print".

My c65 prints photo all dimmer

Set up a picture with basic squares of colour using a graphics program such as Powerpoint. Print this picture. Does the printed picture look like the picture on the screen. If not, uninstall the printer, reboot, and re-install it. Try again - still no good? You need to get a technician to look at your printer.

If this basic colour check works OK, take a photograph of the printed picture and load it into the computer. Compare it with the original on the screen. The same? No - it's a camera problem - Yes? - OK now print the camera version. Any sign of this dimming? Yes - it's a printer problem - get a technician, as before. No? - I'm baffled why you think you have a problem?
