Cracked LCD 10'2 ADVENT 4211c screen

The side rails are the hinges, in some cases you most remove or loosen the screws that attach the hinges at the bottom where the hinges attach to the lid. Once this is accomplished, the hinge supports will allow access to the sides of the screen in order to remove the lcd panel. Once the panel is released from its side attachments, the data cable can be pulled free from the back of the panel.

you should call your manufacturer or the technical support department of your unit. if unit is stilll under warranty have it replaces for new LCD.

Found out how to do it after looking through lots of websites, still did not work so took it back and got a refund.

Your best bet is ebay, just type the make and model in the search bar.

Look for a screen on e-bay, I found one and found it simple to replace. MAKE sure the screen is the right one for your GPS
