My base station is not working at all it does not have the red light on need advice?

The base station can hold up to 12 handsets. All you need to do is to register the handsets. Please see below procedure on how to register the handset:

1. Placce the unregistered handset to the base. PRESS FIND HS 4 SEC ON BASE should appear. if this will not appear on the handset screen, remove the handset and place it again to the base or charger.

2. On the telephone base, press and hold FIND HANDSET for about 4 secs (until the red IN USE light on the telephone base turns on) abd then release the button. The handset will show PLEASE WAIT...and it takes about 10 secs to complete the registration. The handset shows HANDSET X REGISTERED (X represents the handset number assigned) and you will hear a beep when the registration completes.

Note: if registration fails , the handset shows NOT REGISTERED. To reset the handset, remove the handset from the telephone and place it back in . Try the registration process again. You cannot register a handset if any other system handset is in use.
