I would reseat your processor. Make sure it's in there properly. Then make sure your processor fan is installed correctly and is plugged in.

From what ive seen at intel 9 beeps total is a system bios error.That requiors a reflash of the bios.

i have exact issue, i found MOSFET bad it is near processor and has markig (Q36) It is N-cnannel mosfet. I order new and waiting to recive it.

Hi..

If your your problem is beeping this is a memory problem. Try to get the memory first and clean, reinsert the memory and try to turn it on. If the still occur try to use the other memory slot.

Intel Media Series Intel G33 chipset micro atx no post no boot after crazy fan

make sure you have seated all the cards properly, take them out and reseat them including the ram. Make sure your IDE cables are plugged in properly as well.
Restart the computer and if still no post then yes unfortunatly for you its the mobo =(
