Well if you want to save your pictues that you take to your SD memory card and if your phone automatically does not do that then you would have to manually choose save to SD card when you are taking the picture. If that option does not show up, try going to the memory settings of the phone and changing it so it saves to the phone. But if you are trying to add external pictures to the phone (ie digital camera to phone) you would have to use a micro sd card reader and a computer to do that. If thats the case you just have to connect the sd card to the micro sd card reader and plug that into the USB port of the computer and just drag and drop the pictures you want into them. then plug that sd card back into the phone and you should have the picture in the phone!
if your phone ave big capacity then go to were you saved yo pic and view yo picture and press option select move itern or image to phone pictures.regard,benidor.
plug in the phone into your computer, open oyur photo program, and treat your phone like a memory card. if that doesn't work buy a micro SD and move the pictures onto the SD abd plug that into your computer. if you don't have a spot for a micro SD card, plug the phone into the computer and try copying straight from the phone and saving to the computer.
You dont need a disk to transfer your pictures from your phone to your computer, you can either transfer them via usb cord but make sure you save them onto a memory card and that way when you pull in usb cable they will be read Or you can save them into a micro sd card and then put that into sd card adapter and insert that into the computer..Hope that helps.
Can you describe in more detail what you are trying to do, step by step, and how the process is failing?
I have uploaded and downloaded pictures from my micro-SD card, both while it is in the phone, using a USB cable and setting the phone to "Menu | Settings & Tools | Tools | USB Mass Storage". Then the phone and the micro-SD card appear on my (Windows) computer as a removable drive, and I can just copy files in either direction.
I am also able to remove the micro-SD card, and plug it into an SD-card slot on my computer (with a micro-to-SD card adapter), and it mounts as a removable drive that way, too.
Note: if you have the micro-SD card in the phone, and you want the pictures you take to be stored on there so you can download them in one of the ways I've described above, then be sure to go into "Menu | Settings & Tools | 9. Memory | 1. Save Options | 1. Pictures" and set this option to "Card Memory", or else your pictures will get saved in the camera internal memory, and not on the card. This may be your problem if you are not seeing the pictures you expect on your memory card when you look for them. If you take Videos and/or Sounds, you might want to set those "Save Option" to the Card Memory, too.
1st - Place the SD card in the phone. 2nd - Adjust the setting to save Pictures, Video, Music to the SD card by going to Settings and tools > Memory > Save Options. 3rd. Remove the SD card from the phone and connect to PC. Now on the PC you will see the phone has created folders for you "Music". 4th - Drag your music files into the correct folders (ie music, pictures, etc). 5th Place SD card back in LG Envy 2 and enjoy the music.

I think the problem might be that your phone is set to save pics you take with shine to phone instead of card. Try opening your camera, click "options", click "primary storage", then select "memory card". Take a test pic, pop the card in computer and see if it shows up. You should see a new folder choice -- "graphics". Hope that works for you!
If saving to a micro sd card just use a card reader hooked to your computer . if not get a micro sd card and dont save to the camers built in memory , you can use up to a 2 gb card .
