You can order a new one online (I couldn't find one) or just program a universal remote. The codes will be with the new Universal remote. I would suggest a one for all remote. You can find out more here... http://www.oneforall.com/
did you remember the procedure to scan for the codes ? Normally if your TV is not listed on the manual, you can execute the search mode ponting to the TV. As soon as the TV turns on, press the accept key on the remote. I had the sam problem, luckily I remembered the scan procedure. I have 3 different brand of remote controls, all with scan capability but diffeent key strokes.
