How can i enter to the cmos set-up of my toshiba notebook portege r100?

its not a hdd password.....it is bios/cmos password...

Water might have had damaged the keyboard.
Solution, get a new keyboard and replace it....or
get a USA regular desktop keyboard, plug it into one USA connectors, and use it.
It will work too

Now, that is a tough one. Only way to unlock the hard drive is to have the original password. You will not even be able to access it retrieve any data you want to save.

Thinking you are in the market for a new hard drive and a complete reload of the system.

I'd look at trying to replace the BIOS battery...

Found specifications for both 2000 and R100 to have same model replicator. See 'detailed specifications' for both on http://www.csd.toshiba.com/

remoove battery n start
press f8 n safe mode
shut down n restart
press/dell/f2/f10/f12 key
then u will go to bios setup
if changes is not saved then change cmos battery
