Removing/installing 2000 dodge grand caravan window glass

I am going to a junk yard to get a front drive side window for my 2000 dodge grand caravan and am wondering how to get the glass out. My van window was broken and is already out but when I took off the door panel I am not sure how I would remove the glass if I had to.

Actually I need to know how to get the glass itself out of the door of a junk yard van so that I can install the glass in my van. I dont know how to remove the glass...not the motor or the door panel.

Speedometer not working on my Grand Caravan 3.3l, 2000.

common problem on those is the speedometer unit itself. plenty at junk yards or you can have yours rebuilt. first check connections behind the speedometer. they are all electronic, no cables.
