I had a similar problem with a Multipass F30 - check that the Canon Service "mpservice" is running. In the situation I had it was set to automatic, but the service was stopped. You can locate the Services by going to the Control Panel, then
Performance & Maintenance if you are using catagory view or directly to Administrative Tools if in Classic View. Double click on Administrative Tools and then open Services. Scroll down and locate mpservice to see if it is running. I hope this helps.
It may also be worth removing and reinstalling the software - I was able to find an updated copy of the Canon software online and that helped get the printer working again.
