DFX-9000 printing 2 Journals on 1 page instead of 1 per page

this is a spacing problem with your software format. See what size the printing project is listing for page length, and also if there are any "hard breaks/tabs" in the project that you didn't notice.

Please perform the following steps to ensure your printer is physically functioning.

1. Turn the printer off and disconnect the interface cable.
2. Load plain, single part tractor paper into the printer.
3. Press the LOAD/EJECT button while turning on the printer.

NOTE: The self test prints over several pages. After the first or second page has printed, press PAUSE and turn the printer off.

If this self test prints correctly, then the printer hardware is functioning correctly.

1- Check the print head cables (continuity, shortcircuit, connection etc..
2- Print head Driver on the Main Board is out of order > Change the Main Board.

Actually, the issue that your having is a software issue. You need to check the settings of the reader. Try to contact Adobe and ask help for its settings. They're phone number is 1-800-945-9120.
