We set a pin number for security on our Navman but it wont accept the number we are sure we used! Now we can't get into the unit at all. Is there some way we can reset this?
If you have forgotten your Pin code, you will need to reset it within NavDesk.
To do this connect your device to the PC and go to:
a. Tools > Pin Security.
b. Log in and enter in a new Pin number.
c. Finish (bottom right hand corner of the screen).
NOTES from me:
1. You must be connected to the Internet.
2. You must have registered your Navman online with Navman.
3. You must remember your LoginName & Password when you registered and use this to Log in for b. above.
4. Your Navman must be on and connected to your PC.
5. From NavDesk software start from a. above.
6. Just enter your "User name", "Password" and "PIN" number to log in to Navman. (Your PIN must be between 3 and 8 numerical digits or leave blank for no PIN).

Hi thanks for your response. When I connect the GPS to my laptop should it bring a box up? Nothing seems to come up and i can only access it by going into my computer. And in there under tools there is no option for pins? Thanks
