The mouse works but the keyboard does not what do i have to do?

Fix the keyboard with another desktop and check. If it works there then your keyboard port at motherboard needs to be changed. If the keyboard still does not work with other destop(s) then you may have to change it. Get another keyboard and fix it in your desktop and check if your keyboard port is ok or not.

The keyboard is not recognized by your PC. By the way, do you have the software installer for your keyboard.? Run the installer in your PC, and try again

First put new batterys in the mouse and key board. if you don't have a tester use a flashlight. pen light. push the remote pickup. light will blinknext push key board button and the mouse next. then try it and see if it works.

disconnect the small wireless dongle from the back of your computer..reboot the computer..put it back in,,and then press the connect button on bothe mouse and the keyboard to check,,the battery of teh mouse and the keyboard shud be checked if possible

Keyboard Problems

Unplug the mouse and connect the keyboard where the mouse was connected check if that works, can you go into the bios with that keyboard ? if no then you might need to but windows with a ps\2 keyboard and installs the usb drivers for the keyboard that doesnt work.

Mouse does connect but keyboard does not, vice versa

reinstall the logitech cd which came with keyboard and mouse, with the mouse pluged in. once reinstalled restart and while restart plug the keyboard in..... this should resolve the issue.

Logitech cordless mouse and keyboard installation

You probably already done this but try pressing the receiver button and while it is flashing turn the board over and press the small reset/connect button on the bottom of the board and also the reset/connect button on the bottom of the mouse. It should work okay after that. here is hoping that helps. Bud
