The breaker I puchased did not come with the neutral wire and I cant get a 12ga solid wire to hold in the marked location on the breaker.
If it is Plug On Neutral (PON) panel then a neutral wire is not needed.
Eaton CHFAFGF120 includes the neutral pigtail.
Eaton CHFAFGF120PN does not.

I will try this again i don't think i posted it properly.
On the power cord where it connectes to the dryer make sure the red and black wire goes to the outside screws (L1& L2) the white goes in the middle and the green goes to the dryer cabinet.
If you have the red or black going to the middle one it will trip the breaker.
SOURCE: Gfi Breaker 2 Pole 20 Amp: installed 20 amp dbl pole breaker to hot tub. Keep...
When Working with Household Electricity you want to always keep in mind that the BLACK wire ALWAYS carries DEATH. What I mean by this is that working with a Single Phase Circuit (one that uses 120VAC) the only wire that should be carrying a voltage is the BLACK one, the other 2 wires (typically the White Neutral and Green Ground) should both be electrically connected to Earth Ground (usually by being attached to your water pipe.)
It is also possible that your hot tub may use more than 20 Amps.
SOURCE: How to replace a Bryant GFCB120 Circuit Breaker
If you have a Bryant load center, you can use other breakers in it, including the Eaton GFCB120 GFI since several companies unified their design. The GFI (ground fault interrupter) or GFCI (ground fault circuit interrupter), same thing, may be required for a device you are installing, such as bathroom, kitchen or outdoor fixtures.
The Eaton series includes very clear installation instructions, but if your problem is that they are missing, then all you do is install the breaker in a open slot in the breaker panel, but you have to attach the neutral [white] wire differently. On regular breakers, the neutral goes right to the ground lug in the panel. With a GFI breaker, it goes through the breaker, and then is connected to the ground lug.
