I forgot my digital camera in my car the other day, and when i went to turn it on, it wouldn't. the car was basting in the hot sun. i charged the battery thinking the battery was dead, but it still didn't turn on. do you think the heat was the cause of problem? how can i fix without replacing the entire camera? PLEASE HELP!!!!
High temperature is a lithium batteries worst enemy .. also the LCD display doesnt like that .. you might try removing the battery for 10 min .. check to make sure its not swollen .. then replace it and see if that resets your camera back to a working condition .. see if the camera will work with the charger hooked up .. if not your camera might be toast .. if it does work on the charger then the battery may have been damaged by the heat ..
