Firstly, remove your nosepiece. Grab hold of the frame at one of the top corners with an index finger and thumb - use your other index finger and thumb to hold the lens, apply presure and gently pull apart. The notch will release. To mount your new lens, insert one notch into the frame and press the other notch into place. Do not apply pressure to the stems or hinge.

I have an Alessie 6004 (silver with red strap) and need to change the battery. I am not sure how to open the watch or what size battery it takes. Can anyone help please?

You will need to pop off the back of the watch. A razor blade knife works best as you can slide the thin blade under the cover and work it off. Once off, you will see the battery and be able to match it up at any radio shack store. Joe.

I have an Oakley Blade watch with a black rubber band, can it be replaced with a metal one?

If you go to their web site (www.oakley.com/) you will see that the illustration a watch similar to yours (it is a Blade II) and shows a metal one.

If you use the store locator to find one that is near you and speak to them about changing the strap.

How do you adjust the watch band(remove the links)

This may seem simple to do but it is literally a ***** of a task. Best to where amplifying glasses and use a ball point pen, not a pin or pencil. Push one side of the pin in while keeping a slight outward pressure on the band. When it releases be care full not to let it fly off into the void(which they can) and then move to where you need the band to be and reinstall using a single edge razor blade. Just carefully align the opposite side (assuming youve alredy put one end in)place the razor blade on center and slide the remaining pin into the hole area pull the blade out slowly and listen for it to click into place.
