Have you tried using the strap at the back of the seat and using the black toggle to hold it into place. I am having a problem when the seat is upright position and you fold the pushchair the clips that hold the seat undo. The shop where I brought it from says you have to have the seat flat to fold the pushchair. But the seat string/toddle gets stuck. Anyone else having this problem?

if you go to a bike shop thay should be able to help

these just clip in place make sure black connection on back is pushed back in
