I've got a K2.55 Karcher , leaking

I've got a K2.55 Karcher and when I went to use it the other day, have more water coming out of the unit itself than out of the hose/power tip. Seems to becoming from the same general area as the high pressure outlet, but inside the housing. Unit is under warrenty and can use the Rap[id Exchange, but curious as to what might be going on.....Thanks

Karcher K2 Compact - Motor permanently running/no pressure

It sounds like there may be a potential issue with the pressure build-up mechanism in your Karcher K2 compact. The constant motor running without water pressure could indicate a problem with the pump or the pressure switch. I would recommend checking the following:

1. Check the inlet filter: Ensure that the inlet filter is clean and free from any debris or blockages. A clogged filter can restrict water flow and affect pressure.

2. Inspect the nozzle: Make sure the nozzle is not obstructed or damaged. A blocked or damaged nozzle can restrict water flow and affect pressure as well.

3. Check the pressure switch: The pressure switch is responsible for regulating the motor and water flow. It's possible that the switch is faulty or not functioning correctly. Consider contacting Karcher customer support or a professional technician for assistance with checking and possibly replacing the pressure switch.

4. Examine the pump: There might be an issue with the pump itself. It could be worn out, clogged, or experiencing other internal problems. In such cases, it's best to reach out to Karcher customer support or a professional technician for further diagnosis and repair.

Remember to always follow safety precautions and consult the user manual provided by Karcher for specific troubleshooting steps and guidelines.

Hi My karcher k3.65 jubilee is leaking water when the pump is switched off from underneath

Hi This could be just the water inlet channel broken or split. You will need to remove the yellow cover via the screws at the back of the unit and then connect the water hose to see where the leak is coming from. If the water comes from underneath the pump then you will need a replacement pump seal kit of which you can purchase on the Internet.

Leaking water

Screws, lots of them on the back side of the unit. May be torx type. Once taken out, the top cover should come off.

Karcher k1 leaking from inside casing.

The most likely issue, which seems to occur alot with karcher, is a cracked water pump. What happens is that as you release the trigger on the handle, the rise in pressure should cut off the motor, but as it also cuts off the water flow at the wand end and the motor spins a few more revs until it stops, then there is a huge pressure glitch which blows apart the weak plastic pumps that they use. Since the plastic cracks it is very difficult to repair and the only option is to go and buy another. BUT...this time tape up the trigger on the handle so it is always on and then it won't blow itself up. Just use the unit on/off switch to turn the motor on and off.

Karcher 3300 G water leak out rear of unit from white plasticplug

if its just a plug, remove it with an allen key and wrap a couple layers of teflon tape around it. That should stop, or at least slow down any leaks that are coming out of the threads.

Losing pressure somewhere

Hi, I work in the italian factory of Karcher. In my opinion the problem is caused by the breaking of the collector. This is a black component of plastic where is inserted the detergent suction valve and the safety valve. To replace this component you have to go in a repair center Karcher.
