Ive tried installing the samsung PC studio disc on laptop so i can upload my pictures from phone it wont load ????

Perhapse this worked (without New pc studio, But install samsung Drivers from CD).

Solution: In your cellphone go to Settings---> Phone settings---> PC connections and select Media player option (or Ask on connection). Connect your cable (if you select Ask on connection option, you should response to your cellphone and select Media player option )and when the cellphone connected, open the My computer. Perhapse you can see your cellphone there.

Are you able to install other programs on your Laptop or it's just an issue with the Samsung PC Studio?If it is then possibly it's a hardware or software problem in you laptop.
FIrst of all if you are trying to install the program from the CD that is provided with the samsung mobile then do not use it.
Uninstall the program from the laptop if you already installed it.
Download the updated PC Studio from here Samsung PC Studio ...click on the Software tab and then Download against the PC Studio.
Download and then install and make sure you do not connect the mobile to the PC before installing the full software.

Use the cd and install New PC Studio. Use this program to send the images or music files to your cellphone.

Have you got all the drivers installed? I this case your computer has to see your phone. Google for those, install and after that pic transfer will be easy. As an alternative use BlueTooth connection.

Upload the Beat software PC Studio. Then go to setting and USB select PC Studio connect phone to computer and there you have it.

Have you got pcstudio 3 on your laptop? If so remove all Samsung studios. Download the latest pcstudio 7 from Samsung plus USB driver. Put the USB driver on FIRST followed by pcstudio7 then it should work.

i had same problem.the only way ive been able to upload my photos was to store them all to the memory card, and then insert memory card into a usb micro sd 2.0 adapter, then plug that into my computer. it then brings up the "save to file" option. isaved them all, then i could upload them to my facebook albums etc, by using the browse files option. hope this helps you.

you can use usb cable or card reader for memory card files to upload pics to your pc.

if you want to use usb, you need to install samsung pc studio first, before you can use the usb. All samsung phones has package installer cd, usb and other accessories.
