My SA-VK70D got F61 and imediatelly turn off..:(

Before, I dissamble the DVD because a problem with the tray .. and then after installed, I found the F61 code and turn off imediatelly..
err....anybody have a manual to assambling the DVD??..i confused to repair it..:'(

i'm so sorry for my bad english..:')

I have vk70d and i have same problem .....your cooling fan not working ...chand it ...its work ....

HELLO
F61 means a protection code which normally means there is a fault with the audio output IC. Check all your cables for shorts etc, and try hooking it back up. If the error is still there you'll have to put it in for service.

Your Panasonic SA-VX uses a Switch Mode Power Supply ( SMPS ). Do not ever attempt to fix it yourself unless you are well versed in electronics. ou can damage the system seriously. Seek professional help.

CHANGE MAIN BELT BY MOVING THE TRAYS.
PLUG IN AND CHECK

The F61 indicates a problem detected in the output amp stage and the unit us shutdown to prevent further damage. If you can supply the model number, I can give you the part required and the approximate cost.

Panasonic SA-HT940
F61 is a problem with the output amplifier pac. It is the equivalent of "protect" mode. The output pac needs to be replaced. I'll look up the part number for you.
