I downloaded music from a cd onto my jensen smp-2gbl and it says the musics on there but it says unknown format and the music won't play but all of the tracks are there

I think your mp3 player is not recognizing the fromat you have filled in your mp3....read the manual and download the suitable format which your mp3 supports.

i have a jensen model# smp 2 GBL it wont play it comes on for a second then turns off. I took out the music put in new music then it played for 5 minutes then turned off and does the same thing again. I put in alot of new batteries that dont work either can you help me
