Video recording on Sony DSC-W7

I have a Sony 7.2 mega pixel camera model DSC-W7 and I would like to pause a video and then continue recording the same video without having to start a new video. Is that possible? If so how do I do it?

Thanks
Karen

I'm looking for a manual for a Sony Super Steady Shot DSC-T10 7.2 MEGA PIXELS CAMERA

You can download the manual and more from the manufacturer's web site at

Turn the power off and on again

Is it model with automatic cover of lens, like the DSC-T3 has? Problem is probably with lens cover. Try to move it (or help while it is trying to open/close) by your finger. It does sometimes if it is dirty (inside). I gues because you did not write the model name and number and on the picture is DSC-T1, but it has only 5.Mpix. If you have model with telescopic lens it is probably damaged gears of lens.

Will DSC-T1 accept a MARK 2 memory stick?

NO, DSC-T1 will not accept such big memory card as its hardware supports maximum 2GB card memory that is more then enough for it because its 6 mega pixel camera.

What is the number of recorded pixels on the DiMAGE 7i?

The DiMAGE 7i has four different image size settings; Full 2560x1920, UXGA 1600x1200, XGA 1280x960 and VGA 640-480. The recorded pixel size in each mode is almost equivalent to an image captured with a 5 mega pixel, a 2 mega-pixel, 1.3 mega-pixel, 0.35 mega-pixel DSC respectively.
