Simply reset it by push reset button. Follow this instruction would help: http://technicallyeasy.net/2008/01/how-to-reset-linksys-wrt54g-wireless/
After that, you can just simply change your Network Key (WPA/WEP) as your wish :)
Hope it'll help
I've bought a Router DLink DI-524, but I don't know how install on 4 PCs with Windows XP Professional, Windows Vista Home Basic, Windows Millennium Edition and Windows XP Home Edition operation systems. The problem is that when I start the installation, by CD, at the first step, it asks me to connect the Ethernet cable to the Wap Port of the router and to the Ethernet port of the PC, to test the connection, and it tests ok, then it asks me to connect the cable to the port 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 of the router and to the Ethernet port of the PC, and signs me the connection failed. I've an Ethernet cable only and an Adsl Internet Explorer 6.0 connection

Can you go into your router from IE? like http://192.168.x.x, then from this configuration page of your router you can find what key you had put into your router. Make sure the type of security you are using like WEP, WPA, PSK, WPA2 etc. This key should match on your desktop or laptop machine to gain connection to your router.
If you are unable to find your key like this then:
You could refresh your router to factory defaults by pressing for 5 seconds, you will find this hole at the back of your router. try going again into your router like I said above and make up any other key.
Hope that helped!
