When i try to play codwaw i get a black screen i did a full restore and also i downloaded the demo and i get the same thing. pls someone help.

install all updates from windows update, also install the latest drivers for your graphics card and sound

• restoring PS3 system update
• restoring PS3 system at all
  

Go with the lowest graphic settings for the game and see if maybe its not taking to the graphic settings. Go with the lowest one and as you see its working with no problems then go ahead and keep raising the graphic settings until you get to one that is giving you the problem and then stick with the next lowest one from that.

Also if your not playing an original disc for the game but a copied one then that could be another reason your running into problems cause I saw the release date for gran turismo 5 for 11-27-09 so it could be that if your playing a demo it could be buggy or a beta version would also be buggy.

Anyway just a couple of things to try anyway. Let me know how it goes and I'll help you further.

well it could be the resolution of your tv if your or a damage cable that is causing the problem what you can do is to hook up the ps3 to you tv with the regular cables A/V components(red, white and yellow) and try to play a game or demo, if you could see the picture then is the cable or the display settings. you can also try to check different display settings. for example if you use 1080p change it to 720p and try it to see if it works. also try changing the input to a different input on your tv if you're using HDMI 1 change it to HDMI2. and viseversa

need all ok software or dvd fab to make movies rip to hard drive then bakc on that in certain formatt that manel says only does certain formatt u must convert vidoe to that format with all ok converter s ok and then dvd fab to make dvd to avi then whatever formattt u need its tricky
