I'm having s problem installing the hardware. my computer says found newhardware but its having a problem installiing the hardware
What if you go to control panel and open the hardware wizard to add new hardware instead?
then try to browse to the location of the installation files (on disk or wherever you downloaded them.) Also maybe try going to the support site for your hardware online and download the latest installation files or drivers and install those instead of using the disk.
For any more, we need to know what OS you're using and what kind of errors you're getting when you attempt to install.
Good luck.
I hope this information allows you to resolve this issue. If you need further assistance, please post back with a comment to this thread.
If I've managed to answer your question or solve a problem, please take just a moment to rate this post....thanks!
Power on the Bluetooth Hardware you want to connect to the computer. You must have some sort of hardware to connect to the computer, in order to enable the Bluetooth connection.
Click "Add" and the computer searches for any Bluetooth hardware in the area. Once it detects the hardware, select it and click "Next."
Type in the passkey for the Bluetooth hardware (found in the device's user manual) and click "Next."
Install any drivers now that came with the Bluetooth hardware. (Insert the driver installation CD that comes with the Bluetooth hardware, wait for the the installation wizard to load onto the screen, accept the license agreement, then click "Next" for the installation name and location and select "Install" to install the drivers.)
Choose "Locate and install driver software" if there are provided drivers. If not, click "Don't show this message again for this device" and click "OK."
hope this helps
