I purchased a Proscan TV 26LB30QD and the DVD player is not working. It is under warranity? What do I do? I purchased it from Circuit City before it went out of business.

You will find a new company has bought out the circuit city name and is honoring extended warranty for them--not easy to get thru to but try and see if you can get it resolved--I worked for CC in 2001--nasty company to work for and they did not treat most people fairly--Frankly--I am glad they are gone--if you have questions reply here and I will try to help you.
