Turned the laptop on, and came up with windows boot manager ( i only stopped using it about 10 minutes before this accured ) .
Came up with windows boot manager sayin ,,
windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause off the problem:
1.insert windows installation disc and restart your computer
2.choose the language settings & click "next"
3.click repair your computer.
i have not got the windows installation disc will i or will i not need the disc to solve this problem
You can use any OS disk as your restore disk, and "restore" the OS.Restore disk that came withb the computer contained all the programs that came when the computer was new. Other files on the drive may need to be re-installed though ...

The problem maybe the RAM, it faulty or just needs reseatingto make proper electrical contact. Reseat the RAM and then boot up your laptop. If it still does not boot up thenremove the RAM module/s and take them to your friendly computer repair shop andget them to test the RAM for you.
Here is your solution. Unplug the power to this laptop, and pull the battery out. now let the system sit for 10 minutes with no power source to it.
After 10 minutes, replace the battery and then the power cord. Boot the system up. It should shoot right in to Windows now.
Hi,
Try soft resetting the laptop .
1. Disconnect the Ac adapter
2. Remove the laptop battery
3. Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds
4. Reconnect the power adapter only and power on .
5. If the laptop starts fine , reinsert the battery back
