I cant download photos or any file from my phone

i download my music to mp3 but everytime i play my music it keeps saying audio content error... i dont know what else to do...i dont know it keeps doing that..please help

There are basically two ways to do this. You can get online to the Java website via your WAP browser and enter in the code for the CECT installation ((wap.GetJar.com and then quick the download code 30827.) I usually download via USB though as this puts a copy onto my computer (in case it accidentally gets deleted) and it doesn?t cost any money or data to do this. For the Java installation, go to the get jar website. Make sure that you have the device set to CECT A100 (the CECT default.) Connect the phone to the computer via USB. Hit the mass storage icon on the phone. Click on the jar file that you want to download. Click save. Next, find the drive that your phone is listed under. (For me, this is K:/, but it may be something different in your case.) Click OK. Then, unhook the phone from the USB. Go into the document icon on the phone. Find the received file and then scroll down until you see the browser and click it. Then click ?install.? Now, you?ll go into Java icon. You?ll see the browser in the list of Java files. Then click launch. Opera should launch and you can start browsing. Most often, when something goes wrong here, it?s because the data, WAP or Java settings aren?t correct. You?ll need to go in and set them up depending upon your carrier. For example, if you use T Mobile, you?ll need to input the T Mobile WAP, port, and data settings. Typically, you set the data first, then the GPRS, the WAP, and the MMS. Finally, go into the JAVA settings and make sure that T Mobile (or AT&T, or which ever carrier that you are using) is reflected. There are many resources that will give you the Internet settings for almost every applicable carrier that you can think of. If for some reason you can?t get online, I?d check to make sure the phone isn?t set to the original Chinese or factory settings. when you plug yourphone to the computer you should have two extra drives open up.one will be your phone one will be your memory card. you have to find the photos or fmy photos older, you must have them in the correct folder. when you go to your image viewer, make sure it is set up to either look in the folder for your phone or memory card depending on which folder you put the pictures in.

yes you can download the software of Opera mini...but it will not work because cect p168 do not support java...which is needed for opera mini to operate....sorry .....(i am currently asking about an alternate to java)

i) when u connect mobile to ur computer u'll get 2 options i) mass storage  ii) webcam , try to select any one of them

YUO NEED TO MAKE SURE YOUR PHONE SERVICE HAS THE RIGHT SETTINGS YOU CAN GET THEM FROM YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER YOU WILL NEED TO DO THIS MANUALY THOUGH BECAUSE THEY DONT SUPPORT CECT ONCE YOU HAVE THE CORRECT SETTINGS /GO TO SERVICE/WAPSETTINGS/SELECT SIM /EDIT PROFILE ENTER THE STTINGS AND ACTIVATE THE PROFILE ALSO GOOGLE AROUND A BIT AND TRY YOU TUBE

I'm sorry to say that that guy is wrong because the CECT i9 does have java depending on who you purchase it from. If you want proof go on youtube and look at some videos of people actually downloading java games to their phone.

i) u download either videos, mp3 music and games from internet and save it to ur computer, then u copy them on to  memory card of your phone....

on your memory card u will have specific folders like My Videos, images or Photos, My Music, try store videos into My Videos or Videos folder,  thereof............

ii) when try to stores videos on your phone(ur phone supports only specific video formats, like most of them support  .3gp videos...........), try using good video converter to converter ur video files(which are in other format such as .vob, .dat,  .wmv.....)and play them on your phone...even after this u may encouter message "invalid file", so try choosing best video converter which convert your video to .3gp(compatible to ur phone)---------------

Hi, you need the multimedia file only for sending MMS .
Just ask the guys at http://www.chinamanuals.com for your providers settings. They have them all for CECT phones.

I had a look at one of those phones and they are not to bad, Little feature bare but not bad all the same.
