Your air conditioner evaporator condensate drain is blocked.
The condensate draintube should carry this water out through the floorpan to the ground.
Look for a kinked or blocked drain tube from under the A/C evap housing.

When you run your AC you should be getting condensation that builds up in the vents. Ff the drain is clogged it will overflow like you see. You will need to run the AC for awhile and see if you get dripping somewhere under the car. If you don't then the hose is clogged and you will have to access it and blow it out.
